1. Delivery Methods, Timelines, and Pricing

All orders are dispatched from our UK distribution center using specialized courier services experienced in handling fragile and oversized items. Our specific delivery rates and timelines are structured as follows:

• Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3–5 business days. The cost is £12.50 for orders under £250, and Free for all orders of £250 and over.

• Express Courier: Delivered within 1–2 business days (for orders placed before 12:00 PM). The cost is £12.00.

2. Delivery Coverage & Remote Regions

We deliver across the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Due to the oversized dimensions of rigid rod tubes, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands are subject to special courier rates:

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for real-time parcel monitoring.

Given the high value and delicate nature of brands like Sage, Orvis, Zenaq, Harrison, and Tenryu, every rod is packed in reinforced rigid tubes with multi-layer protective padding. The risk of transit damage is reduced to an absolute minimum.

5. Receiving Your Order

• All shipments are fully insured for the full value of the merchandise.

• Delivery requires a signature upon receipt (by the recipient or an authorized person at the specified address).
